Together with artist Olivia Knight, we had the fantastic opportunity to paint the traffic barriers in Maple Tree Square. Our goal was to bring some much-needed vibrancy and life back into the area following the impact of Covid-19.

To achieve this, we drew inspiration from the Gastown Tomorrow branding, which features bold colors and graphic shapes. Our mural incorporated some of the classic features of Gastown, such as the iconic steam clock and lamps, while still staying true to the modern design aesthetic.
