Summit Seasons
Mount Brunswick, British Columbia
This four-piece collection captures the panoramic view from the summit of
Mount Brunswick, one of the highest peaks on Vancouver's North Shore. This collection was originally painted for the Gateway Clinic in UBC who have generously allowed me to offer this collection as prints. You can see the originals in the receitpion area of thier primary care teaching clinic.
Each painting represents the same landscape through a different season and
at a different time of day, celebrating the ever-changing beauty of the Coast
Mountains.
Together, the works trace the landscape from the North Shore mountains to
the Sea to Sky corridor and Howe Sound, inviting viewers to pause, reflect,
and reconnect with the natural world.
A note from the artist: “In my illustrations, I focus on the magic of nature and the special memories tied to local mountains and landscapes. Each piece aims to capture the beauty and emotional significance of these places, using collaged paint strokes and vibrant colors. I want viewers to feel a connection to the land and remember their own special moments in nature.”
